How to use a free Microsoft RDP client on you IOS device to work with Virtual Desktop

Infosaic clients can access their Virtual Desktops from any devices including IOS phones and tablets. While web interface provides an easier access, RDP provide faster, robust access with better image quality and additional functionality. While IOS devices do nto come with pre-installed RDP clients, they can be easily downloaded from Apple store for free.

If you are using an IOS device, please use instructions below to quickly connect to your Virtual Desktop.

1. Download the Microsoft Remote Desktop app from the App Store and launch it from the list of applications.

2. On the main screen select "Add a PC or server".
3. Enter an IP address in the "PC Name" field.
4. Tap “User name” and enter User Name and Password.
